ALT Optics is committed to customer satisfaction and product quality. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange in accordance with the policy below.

– Installment and deferred payment options via third-party payment services (such as Klarna, Afterpay, Kaspi Rassrochka, etc.), if such options are available at the checkout stage.
3. Payment Collection
– Payment is charged immediately upon order confirmation unless otherwise specified by the terms of a third-party payment service.
– In the case of installment or deferred payment, funds are withdrawn according to the schedule provided by the relevant service provider.
4. Return Conditions
You may return a product if the following conditions are met:

The return is requested within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt;

Wait for our confirmation and return instructions;

Ship the product back to the return address provided (unless otherwise instructed), at your own expense;

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
6. Refund Process & Timing
– After receiving and inspecting the returned item, a refund will be issued within 7–10 business days to the same payment method used for the original purchase;
– If the payment was made through an installment plan, the refund will be processed in accordance with the policies of the respective third-party payment service;
– We do not reimburse any fees charged by third-party payment systems;
– Processing times may vary depending on your bank or service provider.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges for reasons such as size, color, or preference. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in accordance with our return policy and place a new order for the desired item.
8. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective item or an item you did not order:
