We provide website features, products, and services to you when you visit or shop at alt-optics.com, use ALT Optics products or services, or engage with us through our social media platforms.

These Terms serve as a Public Offer under the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ALT Optics (including its affiliates) regarding your access to and use of the website and associated platforms.

1. Definitions

Goods — eyewear, accessories, and other products presented on the Seller’s website https://www.alt-optics.com.

Online Store — the Seller’s website for remote sales of Goods.

Order — a request properly submitted by the Buyer to purchase Goods.
2. Subject of the Agreement
The Seller undertakes to transfer the ownership of selected Goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the Goods under the terms of this Offer.
3. Conclusion of the Agreement
The Agreement is deemed concluded when the Buyer places an Order on the website and payment is confirmed.
By placing an Order, the Buyer confirms their acceptance of this Offer, the Privacy Policy, and the Return and Exchange Policy.
4. Price, Payment and Taxes

5. Delivery of Goods

Goods are delivered to the address provided by the Buyer during Order placement.

The Seller's obligation is deemed fulfilled once the Goods are handed over to the delivery service.

Risk of loss or damage to Goods passes to the Buyer upon transfer to the carrier.
6. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
Buyer’s Obligations:

Provide accurate information when placing an Order;

Pay for the Order in full at the time of purchase unless an alternative payment method is explicitly offered and selected during checkout (such as installment plans or deferred payment options provided by third-party payment services like Klarna, Afterpay, etc.);

In the case of installment or deferred payment options, the Buyer agrees to the terms and conditions of the respective service provider and undertakes to complete all required payments in full and on time;

Where such installment or deferred payment options are available and chosen, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions of the respective third-party provider and remains fully responsible for completing all required payments in accordance with their schedule;

The Buyer is also responsible for any fees, interest, or additional charges imposed by such third-party payment services;

Accept the delivered Goods.
Seller’s Obligations:

Process and fulfill the Buyer's Order in a timely manner, subject to availability and confirmation of payment;

Ensure that the Goods offered on the website are described accurately and correspond to their actual characteristics, including price, dimensions, materials, and other essential features;

Pack the Goods appropriately to prevent damage during transportation;
-
Transfer the Goods to the delivery service within the stated timeframe;
-
Provide the Buyer with relevant information regarding the Order status, delivery, and any changes or delays if they occur;

Comply with applicable consumer protection and e-commerce laws;
-
Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with the store’s return policy and applicable legislation.

Protect the Buyer’s personal data.
7. Return and Exchange Policy
Returns of Goods of satisfactory quality are accepted within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
Return Conditions:

The Goods must not be used or worn;
-
The Goods must be returned in their original condition, with original packaging, labels, and security seals intact;

The Goods must show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration;
-
Proof of purchase must be provided.
Eyewear and Accessories:
-
Eyewear can only be returned if it remains unused, undamaged, without scratches or deformations, and in the original packaging;
-
Eyewear showing any signs of use cannot be returned or exchanged.
Clothing:
-
Clothing can be returned if unworn and with original labels and packaging intact;
-
Underwear (boxers, briefs, socks) is non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene regulations, unless a manufacturing defect is identified.
Return Shipping Costs:

If returning Goods of satisfactory quality for personal reasons, the Buyer bears the return shipping costs;
-
If returning defective Goods, the Seller covers the return shipping costs.
All returned Goods are subject to a mandatory quality inspection by the Seller.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse a return if the Goods do not meet the return conditions.
8. Limitation of Liability

The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party delivery services;

The Seller makes every effort to ensure that product descriptions and images are accurate and up-to-date. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitor settings and display technologies. The Seller is not responsible for minor differences between product images and actual Goods (e.g., color or texture variations due to lighting);

The Seller is not responsible for improper use of Goods by the Buyer.
9. Force Majeure
The Seller is released from liability for partial or full non-performance of obligations if caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, wars, government actions, internet outages, etc.).
10. Personal Data
The Buyer’s personal data is processed in accordance with the Seller’s Privacy Policy, which is available on the official website – www.alt-optics.com.

By using the Seller’s website and placing an order, the Buyer consents to the collection, storage, and processing of personal data in accordance with Seller’s Privacy Policy.
